G'Vine comes from a crazy bet: can we produce a Gin in the traditional region of Cognac? from grapes? The answer is yes, and it is delicious.
Thanks to the white Ugni grapes of Charente and ten aromatic plants, G'Vine redefines the boundaries of Gin.
A clear robe. The nose is delicate, sweet, very floral. Then come warm notes of ginger and cardamom ... or even lime.
Once in the mouth, it is pleasant and silky. It is so pleasantly sweet that we have to wonder if we are dealing with a Gin!
As its name ‘Floraison’ suggests, it is essentially about botanical notes: the taste is full of vine flower and juniper. Then, we find again the notes of the nose: cardamom and ginger. This gin is very round and silky.
Finally, comes the enticing final, long and slightly sweet. The grape alcohol brings roundness, and makes it a very balanced, sweet and rounded gin.

G'Vine is also very pleasant in cocktails! You can try it with two servings of tonic, two grapes and large ice cubes - all served in a large wine glass to better enjoy the aromas.
