Cognac Ragnaud Sabourin Millésime 1989

Since 1850, the Ragnaud Sabourin family has been cultivating a vineyard located in the heart of the Grande Champagne region, the first growth of cognac. All the cognacs of the Ragnaud Sabourin house have been produced and marketed for 4 generations from its top-of-the-range eaux de vie distilled on the property and without blending of crus. Today, the estate is run by Annie Ragnaud Sabourin and her son Olivier.

A Cognac distilled from the 1989 harvest only and composed of Grande Champagne Cognac exclusively, Premier Cru from the Cognac region. Aromas of candied fruit, honey, apricot and a hint of vanilla emerge. Well balanced, with notes of grape and a touch of balsamic. A spicy finish of cinnamon, caramel and vanilla.
