This wonderful Cognac is a piece of art. Dried floral notes, old spices bathed in pleasant warmth. An aroma of wood and leather, typical of the best old Cognacs.
A charentais spirit full of emotion. "If Cognac had a soul, this Vintage 1953 would be its incarnation".
Be careful, this Cognac is a very limited and confidential edition.
We discover this old Vintage 1953 as we enter an old and noble residence.
Your eyes open on a deep red and amber light. One moment. One emotion.
You enter the manor, and see a glass of old Xérés, as well as a bouquet of dried flowers. Your footsteps glide on a beautiful waxed wood floor. You are captivated by notes of incense, old leather. Then, you find yourself surrounded by rich candied aromas : gingerbread, quince, toasted orange zest.
The door closes slowly. However you will not forget the sweet spices and licorice that will still linger for a while in your memory. On the front of the house, the blazon of the Jean Fillioux House: "Welcome to the majestic world of La Pouyade."
