These are made from its prestigious XO Fine Champagne. In the mouth, these pearls diffuse the multiple aromas of this sweet and delicate Cognac.

How are they made ?
These Pearls are formed from De Luze XO Fine Champagne Cognac. Firstly, its alcohol content is reduced to 8.5% vol. Then, it is encapsulated in a thin film, made from a natural Japanese seaweed.
The jar :
De Luze Cognac Pearls are contained in a small 50g glass jar. Pearls are more pleasant to eat fresh, however there is no need to keep them in the fridge : a cool and dry shelter, protected from light, will be enough.
De Luze Cognac Pearls are perfect to accompany the entremets ! Add a hint of them to a fresh oyster, or use it to enhance a foie gras toast - and your guests will be delighted.
However, with creativity, it can be used for various fine dishes. And even desserts ! Pastries, cakes, ice cream .... while combining decoration and pleasure of tasting.
