Gin G'Vine - Nouaison
In the vegetative cycle of the vine, fruit set is the time when the flower turns into tiny green clusters. The aromas of vine flower are then at their peak. What's more natural than finding them intact in this unique gin made from not only vine flower but also grape alcohol and nine spices from all over the world.
Thin nose. Refreshing spices (juniper, coriander) precede others warmer (nutmeg, pepper). Then, the vine flower adds a spring note and removed.
Palate: sweet, balanced. Liquorice dominates the debates at first but it is the citrus (lime) that eventually take over. Full of vitality, she returns to spices (pepper).
Final: creamy, fresh. Slightly vanilla and pastry, it subtly reveals notes of star anise and fresh mint. Also evokes a cake perfumed with orange blossom.
